Holo AI (2021–2022) was is a subscription-based dynamic storyteller offering a fine-tuned GPT models for a more economical price point. Holo AI is the more contentious and less popular choice due to some past fuck-ups, but given how their service still works and the magnitude of these fuck-ups are nothing compared to Latitude, it is still a viable service to consider. The service is run by a cybersecurity company named Leonard Cyber Solutions.
The site has been fairly dormant throughout 2022, but still remains accessible.

Tiers[edit | edit source]
Holo AI offers a free trial with an 8000-character maximum limit. In terms of the premium tiers:
- $5 Pro Tier - Higher limits for $5 a month.
- $8 Elite Tier - Unlimited access to GPT-6B-J.
- $12 Tier - Unlimited access to a currently untuned Fairseq 13B, as well as access to their fine-tuned GPT-NeoX 20B, with 2000 AI module training steps.

Holo AI currently supports the GPT-6B-J and Fairseq 13B models. Only the former has been fine-tuned, while the latter's fine-tune job is stuck in development hell.
Fine-tuning[edit | edit source]
As of the time of this writing, Holo AI's dataset seems to include the following sources: Goodreads, Literotica, FanFiction and Archive of Our Own.
The concept is the same as NovelAI: cultivate a dataset of high-quality literature with the goal of improving the model's prose. But thanks to their Dataset and Tags feature, it's possible to find out exactly where they've gone to collect them. You can switch between these and fill in the relevant information to customize how your story is told. What you can choose from varies slightly depending on the dataset you select. For example, with Novel & Books, you can pick renowned authors for the AI to emulate their style, which it will do to the best of its ability. In other words, it's an explicit implementation of a feature much like Story Parameters.

Also known as Etienne, the other half. Except for the fact that he is the other major developer they have, not much is known about him. He hasn't revealed whether or not he ever made himself known to the general.
